in San Mateo, CA is exclusively available to the teachers, faculty,
and staff of the San Mateo County Community College District
(SMCCCD). Our pet-friendly community offers spacious one, two, and
three bedroom apartment homes featuring flexible layouts with
living and dining areas, contemporary finishes, full-size
appliances, in-home laundry, and reserved or garage parking. Select
homes also feature separate alcoves perfect for a home office, den
or children's playroom, with other homes providing direct access to
private garage parking. College Vista's relaxing resident clubhouse
offers a community kitchen and plenty of options for socializing
indoors and out, whether lounging fireside, hosting a larger event
